Some indicator to show which pass labels have already been printed, aside from the check-in pass holders feature. A print flag of sorts to note which are printed to avoid duplicates.

Users have gotten very confused as to why they need to "name" their membership orders. This is the "Thank you for your order!" pop-up interstitial after going through the checkout process. Could we implement an auto-name feature for memberships - similar to passes? This would remove the need for the naming function all together. Please see screenshot for reference.

I would like the ability to set a date and time for which a purchaser can purchase a pass. I would also like to set a time when the pass is no longer available for purchase. For example I would like to be able to sell an Early Bird pass from 12:01am on Dec 1 until 11:59pm on Dec 22. I would then like to be able to sell Full Festival passes starting at 12:01am on Dec 23 until Jan 15. We plan to only sell passes and then have the system generate the appropriate tickets when the pass is scanned. We have a 3 night in person festival. We will scan the pass once each night and then the nightly ticket will be generated. We don't plan to sell any tickets.

Adjust the current flow of gifting passes so the gift pass is sent directly to the receiver's account without having to manually send a gift certificate.

Currently, expired passes display when a member is attempting to purchase tickets. We have a membership bucket that overarches all our events. This creates a confusing view for any expired members, and especially members who expired then bought a new membership. They will forever have a membership visible to them that they cannot use and we cannot renew. It would be great for any expired passes to not be visible to the end user.

It would be great to allow memberships/passes to be upgraded by the passholder when it is time to renew.

Show print history on pass label printer, or filter by never-printed passes. It would be helpful to know for ongoing physical pass creation during our festival.

For pass and ticket management

The option to have waiting lists for sold-out pass buckets and events, so people can queue and get a notification as soon as the capacity changed or as soon as someone is canceling a ticket.
