If we could set up a rule to apply an automatic discount to viewers who are in a specific email domain, that would be awesome. We are partnering with Universities and it would be good for students to be able buy the film for $5, but list the film for $12.

I'd love to be able use discount codes with pay-what-you-can tickets, particularly when a minimum price is set. This would allow us to offer some customers free tickets but would also allow those customers to pay if they want to support the project/organization.

Would be very helpful to be able to mass import discount codes. Sometimes we need to upload many at the same time and having to do one by one is tedious. Plus with the passes feature, it would be nice to be able to create a pass called "Filmmakers" and then give each filmmaker a discount good for 1 or 2 free "Filmmaker" passes.

under Pass bucket > custom sale price allow the sale banner to be customizable. We would like to label it as "early bird" rather than "sale"

Once you get a customer to the check out page, the opportunity to maximize their spend there is key. As we all know, some films sell better than others, and filling up those less popular screenings is important. Yes, you can use discount codes to do that, you can use custom messages in the check out emails all that jazz, but to speak to my above point, that requires the customer to do more work and make that decision to move to check out again. Instead, what I would love is the ability to have a little pop up or something that says, "Hey, we see you're buying a ticket to Film X! Here's 3 films we think you'd love as well-just click 'Add On' to select a film to add to your order with a discounted ticket price". Obviously the ideal is that we could change this dynamically based on film preferences but even if it was static across the whole event bucket would be an amazing marketing opportunity.

I would like to be able to delete several discounts at the same time, like having a little check box to the side on the main discount page and a Delete Selected Discounts button.

If you have two screenings of the same film and both screenings have "general admission" tickets for sale, when making the discount codes and trying to choose the ticket bucket you'll be using, you can only see "Screening-General admission" and "Screening-general admission". You have to take a wild guess about which screening you are selecting when making the discount.

We are keen on implementing an automated "Refer-a-Friend" program. The essence of this initiative is to motivate our current attendees to introduce new participants seamlessly through the Eventive platform by rewarding them with incentives such as discounts on future transactions or exclusive access to special events. A "Refer-a-Friend" feature could significantly benefit our festival by boosting ticket sales and memberships. Additionally, it would elevate the overall user experience within Eventive, potentially inspiring more event organizers to adopt this functionality. Our vision resembles a credit card rewards system where users share a unique referral code. Upon redemption of the code, the referee receives benefits such as event discounts or price reductions. Ideally, this process would be fully automated, with each referral and its outcome being automatically logged in the referrer's profile, alongside the ability to export detailed reports of successful referrals. We seek your advice on the following: Does Eventive currently offer a "Refer-a-Friend" feature, or could existing functionalities be repurposed to serve this objective? Is there a possibility of developing such a feature in the foreseeable future, or might there be a chance for a customized solution that aligns with our requirements? We would also appreciate any recommendations or insights on best practices for implementing a "Refer-a-Friend" program within the Eventive framework, including any potential for third-party integrations or API utilization. We are open to any suggestions you might have.

We'd like to offer our public a new attendee code if they've never attended our film festival before. Because we've been on Eventive for a few years, only allowing the discount to work on new eventive accounts would work for this desired outcome.

Just take a discount and make another version of it, so you can offer the same discount (like $2 off tickets) to several different organizations with different codes so you can track who uses it. This should be super simple...
