Add survey functionality to the platform that includes sample questions and can also be customized to gather feedback post-festival and before upcoming festivals.

Need the abiility to run a weekly report of certain pass buckets that includes what pass, date of purchase, what was purchased and all contact information of purchaser

This would make updating our external databases much easier. Right now I need to export the analytics, then copy in all the event IDs from the physical events export in a separate program, after scanning to make sure the order hasn't moved around, then import it into our external database. And in general, anytime there is an export of individual components, please add the component ID to the report if it's not there already.

We have been tracking seats filled (vs ticket revenue) for grant purposes for years. It is a real time-suck to have to generate separate reports for 34 events and then combine them to get a total seats filled number. Please make one report! Also, for box office sales at the door, it is too cumbersome to generate QR codes as people purchase tickets at the door, and then have to scan them before they enter. Adding the ability to report box office sales in addition to scanned tickets that were purchased online would be really useful.

Pass ticket analytics shows how many pass tickets were scanned across all pass buckets for one event. But it would be great if we can see how many pass ticket scans there were for EACH pass bucket for a given event. Currently that information is only available in each event > Exports > scanned attendee reports. It would be great if that data could be accessed from one a single view or report.

As of right now, there is no report that shows me how much of an individual transaction goes to a Stripe Fee, and how much of the fee goes into the Eventive Fee. These fees are currently lumped together as just an Eventive fee. Our accounting department would like to see this breakdown. I was able to see the breakdown of Stripe vs Eventive when I logged into my Stripe account, but this is no longer the case. Please add these number breakdowns to the Eventive transactions.

some items were deleted from our Eventive system and our staff with access denies doing so. In this case, i believe that it was done by accident but there is no way to see who made changes to the system over a timeframe. Add to that the danger of unauthorized access, hackers, etc. Eventive has no built-in accountability or audit capability. this is really critical for any system that contains financial data and PII

Add Total Ticket Quantity to Standalone Tickets Analytics (at the top of the page) like how it is displayed for Pass Ticket Analytics

A report showing pass purchases grouped by discount code would be very, very helpful

Add a report that shows the net purchase price and then each fee charged for the transaction (seperated by type, stripe, DRM, eventive) and then the gross price. Broken down for each transaction.
