It would be great to be able to send a mailing to those who signed up for an event after the initial mailing was sent out. That way the people in the original mailing don't get spammed with the same info twice.

Currently mailings is located within each event bucket and can targets passes and events, and other segments within a single event bucket. Being able to create a mailing that targets multiple event buckets or events across event buckets (ie. target folks who have attended late night screenings at a fest across the last 3 years, etc.) would be cool.

Provide a way to view the confirmation emails within the dashboard, with the standard and any added language. It is currently difficult to customize the emails because there is no way to view them. The confirmation email is an important vehicle to advise pass holders of critical information.

We present a lot of film screenings with partners and it would be great to customize the mailing list opt-in message at the film level so we could say something for one film like: "Yes, please add me to Utah Film Center and UMFA's mailing list". and the next film "Yes, please add me to Utah Film Center and YWCA of Utah's mailing list".

Please add the capability to schedule the custom "Mailings" - we want to use this to send additional reminder emails about screenings.

You should add all the 'add to your calendar' links to every order confirmation email. So people can add to their Google, Apple, Outlook, etc calendar with just a click. People expect that to be in an order confirmation email. I always see it for any kind of webinar or virtual screening on other platforms.

the links are too long and some times break up in emails. it'd be great to have an automatically shortened version to share.

Automatic event reminder emails that will send Ticket holders a reminder 1 hour before both physical and virtual screenings

It would be very helpful to be able to email only scanned attendees from an event or a group of events. It would be great to do this through the built email program as well through External Syncs.

Ability to NOT send an email confirmation for every ticket purchase.
