Limit User Accounts to Specific Event Buckets

I'd like to be able to create a new User Account, using the existing Role options, but limit the access to only see/work within specific Event Buckets. We have multiple active Event Buckets, and have a partner working with us on just one of them. I can't give them access to all the Event Buckets in our account (privacy concerns for all our data, order/people information, etc), so am unable to let them in to help manage the back end.

The Eventive live chat support feature is a wonderful resource for customers, but notes from these conversations should be shared with the festival organizers. Knowing what is discussed between Eventive's team and our festival customers will make handling purchase issues easier and organizers aware of common problems that we can improve upon for future festivals.

Ability to look up tickets by the 30 digit code created when printing

There is a 30 digit code, that includes letters and numbers created when a ticket is created/printed. I would love to be able to look up a ticket by that generated code by searching. Thanks yall

Allow organization admin to customize access to specific buckets.

Over the past year, new roles with specific permissions have been introduced, yet it appears that administrators still lack the capability to modify or personalize individual access levels. I'm inquiring whether administrators can tailor permissions based on access levels, or perhaps restrict visibility to certain categories. It has been suggested, particularly in your knowledge articles, to establish separate buckets for non-festival events like memberships. We are therefore exploring whether it's now feasible to adjust our permissions system to ensure that non-admin users cannot inadvertently or deliberately make changes to other buckets.
