Given that we already have mailers, it would be great to have a proprietary survey organizers could build that they could send to patrons post fest---I think this would go a long way in supporting the long term health of organizers.

Add survey functionality to the platform that includes sample questions and can also be customized to gather feedback post-festival and before upcoming festivals.

Agreed! Ultimately, we send out surveys via Eventive mailings anyway, having it fully integrated could be really interesting.
