When using Sched, there was an option to print the schedule according to venue. We did this, created a .pdf and sent it out for print on foamcor for display outside of each of our theaters so people had a quick glance at what was playing in each theater. WiFi is spotty at our venues so this is a big help.

The general search on the top of the admin interface is useful, but the more archived event buckets our organisation has, the less useful it becomes. If someone clicks on an event in a test event bucket or archived event bucket, it will now be the open event bucket on the lefthand navigation menu (which can lead to work being done in the wrong bucket by mistake). The general search would be much more useful if it only indexed events and films from active, non-archived event buckets.

I would like to have the option to have tags that can be applied to customers. For example: VIP. If a customer is a VIP I would like to tag them in the system. Another example would be - certain patrons or customers might receive a special gift at the box office when they check in. I'd like to have a tag that would allow me to run a report to see customers with a certain tag.

The export/download of Events does not have the same fields as the Import Template for Events. It would be helpful for these to have the same fields in case you are exporting from one Event Bucket into another Event Bucket. The export/download does not contain any of the ticket bucket name, quantity, or price fields.

The ability to make concessions items in big tile form with pictures instead of sliding to get to a catagory to process a sale.

Set the capacity from the seatmap. If you go and edit a seat map it counts how many seats there is per category, so why does it not know how many seats are in the category when making a seat bucket. It has been a big issue for us, to always delete the venue, then change the number (which i had to note in a sheet because i couldn't remember all) and then set the venue back on (and making sure it was the right venue, and then save. It would be so much faster and smarter if the ticket buckets would sync with the capacity in the seatmap.

Make it so the starring system be brought through as an eventive everywhere button like the book tickets is? That way people can still browse and favourite events on our site!

Can you please add the ability to change the date and time format. Our festival is based in the UK where the format is Day, Month, Year - so 17th June, not June 17. All graphics and text are in the 'correct' format so there should be the ability to have the content in that format also. Thanks in advance.
