It would help to be able to remind patrons of their seat number as you scan their ticket or pass. Especially if they are using their pass, they don't have their ticket visible, so how are passholders supposed to remember all their seat numbers, unless they are bringing up each ticket QR code to scan- but part of the ease of being a passholder is that you don't need to keep track of all your tickets once they're on your pass. So, when a code is scanned, something that pops up with their name and seat number, at least, would be helpful. just a second or two, then minimize.

After they upload a file to the platform, it'd be be helpful if they could preview their film after it's been transcoded to Eventive as a form of QCing. This would give them the opportunity to catch errors that even the most astute tech director might not catch.

Tallgrass reported that when rescheduling the first screening(s) in a recurring event that the events disappeared when they were saved. Melanie said, "Who Can See Forever is moved to tomorrow due to storms and when I went to edit the date there is an error and now it is gone. But there are tickets in both events. Help!" In a subsequent reply, she added, "Was repeat (two screenings) set for today. I went to change them to 4/28 and there was an error on screen ( I don't remember what it was) and now they are gone." When clicking a Godlink to a pass bucket, the following error is displayed: admin.eventive.org says Fetch failed: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'quantity_sold') After the error disappears, the screen doesn't load. Dylan suggested that this has to do with a quantity limit update on pass buckets that was done for Sundance. For events (in cinema or virtual) that have special instructions, have a field on the event page that will allow us to fill in custom text to be added to the ticket confirmation email.

Improvements to the “mailing” function would be great - an ability to preview your e-blast would be very helpful, or to send as a test (the way you would with Mailchimp or other email services).

When an event bucket is duplicated, tags that are being used for display sections on the virtual catalog of the parent Event Bucket, show up in the virtual settings of the child event bucket as Deleted Tags that are visible to God Users only. Several orgs have reported that there is no content available on their virtual catalogs when their event is set to go live... when this has happened it is because the event bucket is trying to display content in display sections that correspond to these "Deleted Tags" rather than displaying the currently available content. Since the "Deleted Tags" aren't visible to the organizer and there is nothing that they can see / do to prevent this occurrence, can we either make these tags visible to the customer or prevent these tags from being duplicated... or some other solution that would either prevent this behaviour entirely or make the problem visible to the customer such that they can troubleshoot it prior to the expected launch of their virtual catalog.

Let customers easily add scheduled screenings to their calendars.

Heartland encountered an odd issue where a recurring pass is saying expired in the dashboard, but the pass is enabled and the expiration date is in the future, and the pass isn’t crossed out. Luckily the pass seems to be working, but still.
