We are keen on implementing an automated "Refer-a-Friend" program. The essence of this initiative is to motivate our current attendees to introduce new participants seamlessly through the Eventive platform by rewarding them with incentives such as discounts on future transactions or exclusive access to special events.
A "Refer-a-Friend" feature could significantly benefit our festival by boosting ticket sales and memberships. Additionally, it would elevate the overall user experience within Eventive, potentially inspiring more event organizers to adopt this functionality. Our vision resembles a credit card rewards system where users share a unique referral code. Upon redemption of the code, the referee receives benefits such as event discounts or price reductions. Ideally, this process would be fully automated, with each referral and its outcome being automatically logged in the referrer's profile, alongside the ability to export detailed reports of successful referrals.
We seek your advice on the following:
  1. Does Eventive currently offer a "Refer-a-Friend" feature, or could existing functionalities be repurposed to serve this objective?
  2. Is there a possibility of developing such a feature in the foreseeable future, or might there be a chance for a customized solution that aligns with our requirements?
