In trying to learn how to use Eventive I was unable to find any help documentation until I did a Google search for "Eventive help." Why don't you put a help link on every page? Better yet, each option could have a "?" icon with a brief reminder of what the feature is, along with a hyperlink to the detailed help page for that setting. It would keep users on the Eventive website, and not disrupt their work by having to search for information.
